UBL Completes Capital Raise and Signs Commercial Agreement For Technology Production
During July strategic investors have quickly filled the $600k seed raise. Funds from the raise will be applied against the design and upgrade of the mk2 high flow unit. Local WA engineering firm DSM have been awarded the contract to design and build the mrk2 Fume8 unit. UBL CEO Tom Puddy and DSM managing director David Miller reach agreement on the design scope and project build. The mrk2 Fume8 unit is an important step change in UBLs product offering – enabling UBL to target the high volume container logistics market. Post production UBL will deploy 8 units across WA and under commercial agreements and 2 units will be deployed to road show our technology across Eastern Australia and NZ for trials.
